So I haven't been on for quite a while. I'm sorry if you worried about me. Spring break happened and my mind went blank. I spent my time getting high and trying to ignore my munchies. Which I did pretty well. I didn't binge. :) So marijuana is illegal in Arizona (where I live.) and I am well aware of that, however I smoke it.

Any way, here's some thinspo.

I write poems, and I think that I might begin to post my poetry.
Here's some examples:

Gonna Binge?

Honestly, I don't get urges to binge, but I understand and respect that other people get the urges, and I have some tips to avoid starting a binge, and stopping during a binge. First, these tips are from personal experience and tips I've found that actually help people. I hope that these help you.

Tip One: Have a low or no cal sweetener added to your tea, or use a flavored water packet in your well. . . water. I dip a chopstick in water then dip it in a flavored water packet. The sweetener tells your brain than your sweet cravings have been fulfilled and you don't binge.

Tip Two:  If you want some pizza, then get some fucking pizza. Go to pizza hut and get a personal sized pizza. Only eat one slice. Keep the other slices for other binges. One personal pizza can last a long time. My school gives us free pizza coupons for actively reading, so I have a lot of pizza in my fridge. I only get one slice every two weeks. 

Tip Three:  Even though this may freak you out the first time you see it, bonespo. If it says "Get Help" just click "view pictures". They are bonespo. You know thinspo is thin girls; bonespo is bony girls. Skinny girls. Sometimes thinspo girls aren't thin enough, so I look at bonespo. 

Tip Four:  If you need to binge, eat with your family, make them think you're still eating. Just don't binge in front of your family. If you do eat in front of your family, because they made you, or whatever. DO NOT RUN FOR THE TOILET!!! That would give them a red flag, and they would suspect something was wrong. Get a solid colour water bottle and purge in it instead. 

Tip Five:  Paint your nails, go to sleep, you see that everywhere. It works. I chose to brush my teeth or chew some gum, rather than go to sleep, because my mum gets very uppity if I'm asleep.
